The Edison Insider is a publication dedicated to spreading news and information about Thomas Alva Edison Intermediate School. It also tries to include events and happenings in the Westfield, New Jersey community. The writers for the Edison Insider are all eighth grade students who are taking journalism for the first time. They learn how to report news objectively, write features, entertainment, sports and opinion articles. The publication is solely run by the students who try to foster a true sense of journalistic style and ethics.
